Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for evaluating feed intake, growth status, development, and physical condition of cattle groups; implementing daily nutritional rations for each farm cluster based on the established feeding plan and necessary daily ingredient adjustments.
  • Coordinate with TTTA and farm teams to ensure the most effective diet is provided for growth, development, and maximizing the milk production potential of the herd.
  • Visit and work with farms weekly to check feeding status, assess cattle conditions, collect data, and receive feedback to improve feeding efficiency.
