Job Summary
The role involves facilitating comprehensive training for newly hired and experienced Human Trafficking Interdiction personnel in accordance with agency policies.
Candidates must be able to develop and continually update program training manuals while ensuring all personnel are effectively trained to implement service modalities.
The position requires occasional travel greater than 50 miles from the home office to provide in-person trainings and understand field needs.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field
Master's degree preferred with two years experience
Four years progressive responsibility including case management
Trust Based Relationship Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner license
CPR and First Aid certification required
CSE-IT Super Trainer Certification required
Valid State Driver License and current auto insurance
Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
