Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • The LVN ensures care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies, and direction from the Director of Nursing.
  • Essential duties include preparing and administering medications, performing skilled nursing procedures such as wound care and catheterization, and maintaining accurate charting.
