Job Summary
This position focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and Refrigeration equipment across multiple buildings in a Campus setting.
You will monitor operation of refrigeration, HVAC, centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, VAV systems, and related equipment and respond immediately to system alarms.

Key Requirements
Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years trade schooling or equivalent
Minimum 3 years HVAC/mechanical experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Valid driver's license
