Must-have

  • 15+ years transportation engineering experience
  • P.Eng. license with Professional Engineers Ontario
  • Municipal and MTO design standards knowledge
  • Team leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Project management of complex roadway projects

Nice-to-have

  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Master's degree in Transportation
  • Experience with Business Development activities
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of environmental assessment processes

Key Requirements

  • University degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) licensed with PEO
  • Minimum 15 years of transportation engineering experience
  • At least 10 years of project management experience
  • Expert knowledge of federal, provincial, and municipal design standards
