Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
