Job Summary
The SpeakUP team ensures there are safe channels and formal processes in place that enable CBA’s people and external partners to speak up about their concerns.
You will be responsible for contributing to the operation of CBA’s SpeakUP Program, managing reports, analysing data, and conducting quality assurance reviews.
CommBank supports people with flexibility to balance where work is done, with at least half their time each month connecting in office.

Manage SpeakUP Program case management system
Assess whistleblower disclosure eligibility
Communicate with reporters and stakeholders
Conduct quality assurance reviews
Interpret and apply legislation and policies

Support customer trust in CBA
Key Requirements
5+ years experience in whistleblower program, investigation, legal, risk, compliance
Tertiary qualifications in investigations, legal, risk, compliance or relevant field (preferred)
Experience working within Australia’s corporate statutory whistleblower regime (highly regarded)
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters
