  • The SpeakUP team ensures there are safe channels and formal processes in place that enable CBA’s people and external partners to speak up about their concerns.
  • You will be responsible for contributing to the operation of CBA’s SpeakUP Program, managing reports, analysing data, and conducting quality assurance reviews.
  • CommBank supports people with flexibility to balance where work is done, with at least half their time each month connecting in office.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in whistleblower program, investigation, legal, risk, compliance
  • Tertiary qualifications in investigations, legal, risk, compliance or relevant field (preferred)
  • Experience working within Australia’s corporate statutory whistleblower regime (highly regarded)
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters
