This role serves as the enterprise operational leader for the UC Health (UCH) Cancer Service Line, partnering in a formal dyad with the Cancer Center Director to ensure alignment of clinical, academic, research, and operational priorities.
The role is accountable for enterprise operational execution across the cancer continuum—including access, capacity, throughput, staffing, capital deployment, financial performance, and patient experience.
Supports recruitment planning and program development in partnership with Cancer Center leadership and ensures operational readiness in support of NCI designation.
