** The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Sr. Phased Array Hardware Engineer to lead technical efforts in the Ground Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) program in Colorado Springs, CO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in radar systems, a strong understanding of the DoD acquisition process, and the ability to lead matrixed teams. **

Job Summary

  • Serve as a radar hardware chief engineer and integration leader with government, other FFRDCs, and SETA personnel directly supporting the GBRD program manager and lead engineer.
  • Initiate acquisition of Aerospace Engineering Technology Group teams, and lead analyses in requirements development, risk evaluation, sensor performance, and system-of systems engineering.
