Job Summary

  • This key leadership role provides the successful candidate with an opportunity to develop both their technical and leadership capabilities, while creating a meaningful impact on the HR operational efficiency and associate experience within Brunswick.
  • The role is responsible for developing an overall HR Technology & Shared Services strategy with supporting roadmaps, budget and change management plans, and acts as the key liaison between HR and the IT organization.
  • Benefits include a base salary range of $175k - $275k plus incentives, medical, dental, vision coverage, spending accounts, paid time off, 401k with matching, life and AD&D insurance, paid leaves, and tuition assistance.
