Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Active CRO management with on-site presence
  • Deep knowledge of chemistry biology DMPK capabilities
  • Experience managing multi-CRO programs with urgency
  • Contract negotiation and vendor performance oversight
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Nice-to-have

  • Biotech experience in drug discovery
  • Familiarity with TetraScience or SAIL data systems
  • Knowledge of FAIR data principles for AI/ML
  • Supporting digital drug discovery programs

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in pharmaceutical outsourcing or CRO management
  • Degree in life sciences or chemistry with advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of actively managing complex multi-CRO programs
