Job Summary

  • Support the Head of Strategic Finance in evaluating and executing a wide range of strategic and financial initiatives, including financing activities, investment opportunities, joint ventures, M&A, and other bespoke opportunities.
  • Build and maintain detailed analyses and models to support financing and investment decisions, conduct in-depth analysis of capital structures, and develop valuation materials.
  • Partner closely with various internal teams and build strong relationships with external partners to support ongoing financing, investment, and M&A activities.
