Graduate of accredited nursing school
Current RN license in state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification within 30 days
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days
