Extensive experience in medical affairs and clinical research
Proven track record leading regional evidence strategies
Expertise in RWE and observational study design
Strong data analytic skills with SAS or R
Deep understanding of international regulatory requirements
Nice-to-have
Experience with innovative design thinking
Ability to collaborate in matrix organizations
Exceptional critical thinking and stakeholder engagement
Fluency in English required
Passion for patient-centric leadership
Key Requirements
MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred
Experience leading Phase IV and pharmaco-epidemiology studies
Knowledge of secondary data sources and statistical software
