Job Summary
The role is responsible for managing the Technical Support team, coaching and developing a team-based culture while driving complaint regulatory compliance.
This position requires partnering with the QA/RA function to ensure adherence to the Quality Management System meeting both ISO13485 and FDA 820 requirements.
The supervisor must lead solution-oriented investigations of negative trends and own the QI/CAPA program to ensure effective closure of corrective actions.
