Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Hydrological and hydraulic modeling experience
Flood mapping and water balance analysis
Municipal road and highway infrastructure design
Proficiency with HEC-RAS, PCSWMM, and AutoCAD
Knowledge of MTO and MOE design criteria
Nice-to-have
Graduate degree in Civil Engineering
Experience with LID Design principles
Strong client-service focus
Proposal writing and business development support
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Water Resources)
Minimum 5 years of Water Resources Engineering modeling experience
Professional Engineer (P. Eng) or EIT registration with Professional Engineers Ontario
Working knowledge of MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
