This position supports the Office and Life Sciences Investment Sales team and focuses on the marketing and disposition of commercial real estate assets.
Analysts have the opportunity to be involved in every stage of a transaction, including underwriting, market research, property tours, preparation of Broker Opinions of Value and Offering Memorandums, pricing negotiation, closing, and client meetings and events.
