Job Summary
Responsibility for the accounting of the Company’s global lease portfolio, including day-to-day lease accounting and technical accounting research.
Coordinate and work closely with stakeholders to provide accounting guidance on lease accounting and reporting issues while liaising with external and internal auditors.
Lead preparation of lease-related financial reports, ensure adherence to financial policies and internal controls, and support company goals of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Lease accounting (ASC 842) expertise
SAP and SAP BPC knowledge
Month-end and year-end reporting
Lease-related GL account reconciliation
Financial statement and footnote disclosures
Internal controls over financial reporting
Managerial experience in accounting
Nice-to-have
Strong organizational and time management skills

Key Requirements
CPA and/or MBA required
10+ years progressive accounting experience
Experience in public accounting and private sector
Preferably chemical or refinery company experience
