Job Summary

  • Accountable for establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide and the Scrum Team's effectiveness.
  • Ensure that Sprint Planning, the Daily Scrum and the Sprint Review occur per cadence, and if necessary, personally facilitate.
  • Maintain a list of Impediments / Dysfunctions and, when the time is right, take action.
