Must-have

  • 10+ years technical program management experience

  • SaaS development and migration expertise
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and cloud environments
  • Ability to manage multiple team dependencies

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC compliance
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications
  • Proven ability to make difficult trade-offs
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence tools

Key Requirements

  • United States citizenship (naturalized or native)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance preferred
  • 10+ years in technical program management
  • 5+ years leading SaaS development initiatives
