  • 8 years Aerospace Industry experience
  • 4+ years managing US Government contracts
  • Earned Value Management (EVMS) implementation
  • Direct team leadership experience
  • Financial forecasting and AOP planning

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Expert knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana and CostPoint
  • Experience with Integrated Baseline Review (IBR)
  • Strong analytical skills for variance analysis
  • Background in Space program development

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience OR Master's with 6 years
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance at application time
  • Ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) approval
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required
