Highlandhillspa is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the NOC shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing routine nursing care to residents while adhering to care plans and facility policies
Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Accurately record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing, and maintaining resident dryness.
