The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and are responsible for assisting residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility tasks.
The role requires vigilant observation of resident conditions, including skin integrity and vital signs, with immediate reporting of any changes or incidents to the Nurse Supervisor.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient data
Follow infection control and safety policies

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing team
Strong communication skills for reporting duties
Key Requirements
