The Manila Speaker Bureau Logistics Planner is the main point of contact for Venue, Food & Beverage, and Audio-Visual vendors, ensuring successful and compliant meetings.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with the client Core Team, coordinating meeting logistics, confirming venue bookings, planning F&B and AV needs, and ensuring timely task completion within client defined SLA parameters.
