  • The Consumer Insights & Analytics AVP will lead insights and analytics support for TJX’s Digital division and the TJX Rewards program, analyzing business performance and identifying opportunities for customer base growth.
  • This role involves strategic partnership across the Digital division, focusing on audience strategy, testing, and improving site experience, while also leading the voice of the customer for the Digital organization.
