Key Requirements

  • Master of Education in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • Experience leading multi-site early childhood services
  • Knowledge of NQS, EYLF and VEYLDF
  • Proven operational, people and financial leadership
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Current valid work rights for Australia
  • Working with Children Check required
