Key Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree

  • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of primary or urgent care experience preferred
