The role involves applying project management methodologies and process excellence techniques like Lean/Six Sigma to increase efficiency and reduce costs within the manufacturing supply chain.
Candidates will actively collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams while presenting their results to the Mentor Leadership Team at the end of the program.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year
Pursuing bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
Fluency in English required
Ability to work full-time on-site 5 days a week
Nice-to-have
Experience with Lean manufacturing concepts like 5S and Kaizen
Knowledge of Power BI or Power Apps
Previous internship or co-op experience preferred
Strong communication and collaborative mindset
Hands-on experience with time studies and line balancing
Key Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields
Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship
Students on CPT/OPT/STEM OPT usually ineligible unless eligible for alternative long-term status
