  • Key responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance programs, supervising repairs and renovations, ensuring prompt response to on-call tasks, and maintaining meticulous records of all maintenance activities.
  • The role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices, excellent communication and analytical skills, and ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
