Job Summary
You will set the strategic direction and lead the delivery of Legal technology platforms across the Group, accountable for platform outcomes, people leadership, vendor performance, and the ongoing evolution of Legal technology capability.
Lead, grow, and mature the Legal Technology Chapter, managing and developing high performing teams of Software Engineers, Platform Engineers, and specialist SME engineers while fostering a high trust, high performance culture.
Partner with Legal stakeholders to shape and evolve the strategic application suite, ensuring platforms are effective, secure, well governed, and continuously improving, while managing vendor relationships and cost optimisation.
