Job Summary

  • The Case Manager role is the first point of contact for families accessing the ConnectCare service, providing counselling and case management support to victims of non-violent property crime across Queensland.
  • Assist families to access support services (both internal and external to the organisation), including practical and crisis support where necessary, and provide follow-up as required.

Key Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Social Work, Psychology or Human Behavioural Science
  • Experience in intake and assessment
  • Experience working within community sector
  • Ability to apply theoretical approaches
  • Knowledge of therapeutic processes and practices
  • Current Qld Driver's Licence
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
