Job Summary
Improve MTTR/MCBF metrics using a data and systems-based approach to identify opportunities to maintain OEE glidepaths and other metrics.
Manage the plant TPM program, maintain reports to track overall health of the Maintenance department, and collaborate with other Maintenance members to assist with planning/scheduling improvement initiatives.
Drive improvement of equipment using Root Cause Analysis and Reliability Centered Maintenance, accountable to plant KPIs, spare parts/stocking strategies, and supporting the Maintenance monthly budget.
