Job Summary

  • Provider will see procedures consisting of general PM&R, stroke, traumatic brain injury, orthopedics, and neurology treatments.
  • Flexible Schedule: Monday – Friday, 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours of admin work.
  • Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care ministry with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana and Illinois.
