Acts as the Country Lead for the Service Cloud customer request management system for Canada, representing the Canadian Commercial Trade operations perspective with cross-functional stakeholders; maintaining platform governance, ensuring timely triage and escalation, and driving adherence to SLAs.
Identifies continuous improvement opportunities across processes and systems, demonstrating expertise in optimization and data analytics with ability to design improvements and coordinate implementation with local or global teams as necessary.
