Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications ordered for residents by attending physicians or the Medical Director.
Participate in quality assurance programs and cooperate with facility surveys to improve medication administration processes.
Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and promptly report any suspected violations.
