Job Summary
The Regional MEL Officer will ensure the operational implementation of the project's monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) system at the regional and district levels, guaranteeing data quality, performance analysis, and the use of results to improve project activities.
Responsibilities include collecting, consolidating, and verifying routine data, supporting the correct use of DHIS2 and other digital tools, organizing data quality assessments, and producing periodic regional reports.
The role requires collaboration with project technical teams, implementing partners, Ministry of Public Health teams, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and timely execution of activities.
