The Title Curative Specialist - ATA is responsible for serving as a liaison between internal teams, loan officers, borrowers, and external partners to resolve title-related issues and ensure the successful issuance of title policies.
This role reviews title documentation, investigates and clears curative issues, and collaborates with underwriting and outsource partners to prepare title commitments in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
