Chipseal construction methods knowledge
Supervising civil construction crews
Working to NZTA and Auckland Transport standards
Managing traffic and safety on live roads
Coordinating sealing plant and equipment
Quality and compliance inspections
Nice-to-have
Strong communication with stakeholders
Leadership and crew motivation
Timely decision making under pressure
Commitment to community and environmental sustainability
Key Requirements
3–5 years chip sealing experience
Proven civil construction crew supervision
Class 1 2,4,5 License with WTR Endorsement
Dangerous Goods Licence
Experience delivering works safely in high-traffic environments
