Must-have

  • 5+ years privacy and cybersecurity law experience
  • Knowledge of CCPA NY DFS Cyber Reg GLBA HIPAA TCPA
  • JD degree and CT Bar license or in-house certification

Nice-to-have

  • Insurance industry experience preferred
  • AI law experience preferred
  • International privacy law knowledge including GDPR
  • CIPP Certification preferred

Key Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) required
