The role involves coordinating Occupational Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides, participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings, and providing training and support to team members, volunteers, and students as needed.
The therapist must carry out treatment plans effectively, modify them to maximize therapeutic benefit, and ensure patients return to an optimal level of care.
