Job Summary

• Being the Shop Manager it is your duty to drive your shop’s success, hitting labor and sales targets as set by the Regional Shop Manager and Regional Operator.
• Oversee and be responsible for all the employees at your shop: onboarding, hiring, training, coaching and corrective action, terminations etc.

• At least 18 years old
• Dutch Bros Shop Lead experience
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days
• Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification
• Pass mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests
• Completion and passing of standard background check and MVR
• Valid driver’s license
