Job Summary

  • The Security Engineer will contribute to the effective operation of the GSAC processes by accepting ownership of service requests for support and to ensure they are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction within agreed service levels.
  • Work within the GSAC team on a shift pattern which includes a 24/7/365 Rota, accepting requests for support by telephone, email and the ServiceNow system.

Key Requirements

  • Active Directory Knowledge in an Enterprise environment
  • Experience with AD user and group Management

  • Understanding of the ITIL / ITSM methodologies
