Job Summary

  • Assist engineering and technical managers to carry out the technical management and on-site maintenance execution of the whole life cycle of equipment, and ensure the stable and efficient operation of production equipment.
  • Participate in the company’s lean production initiatives, supporting the implementation and training of the Lean 14-step methodology and the Six Systems.
  • Take responsibility for the plant-wide calibration of instruments and meters, exploring and applying digital methods for calibration process tracking, data retention, and issue closure.

Key Requirements

  • Associate degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields
  • 5–8 years of experience as an Equipment Maintenance Engineer
  • Proficient in reading electrical schematics
  • Skilled in basic PLC programming and debugging
  • Hands-on experience implementing PM / PM-to-AM processes
  • Experience with maintenance digitalization projects
  • Hands-on experience with instrument calibration
