• The role's primary mission is to support the university’s centralized efforts in advancing student persistence, retention, and graduation by providing personalized student support services that enhance continuous engagement and academic success.
• Engages directly with students across the university by providing specialized coaching support that helps students maintain academic progress, utilizing evidence-based approaches that bolster student’s confidence and resiliency skills.
