Kern River Transitional Care is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat residents, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and providing in-service education. Candidates should hold an active California license and preferably have experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care

Job Summary

  • The Staff Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats residents, communicates with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members, and maintains accurate documentation of therapy services in the medical record.
