Job Summary
Serve as the strategic driver and technical expert behind the digital platforms that connect and engage JLL's global communications.
Manage and optimize JLL's communication platforms including Poppulo email system, SharePoint 365 intranet (Connect), Viva Engage, digital signage, and emerging AI tools to create integrated colleague experiences.
This role supports our digital channel strategy by combining platform expertise, data-driven decision-making, and innovative thinking to connect our people at scale.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or related field
5+ years managing enterprise communication platforms
3+ years hands-on SharePoint 365 experience
Strong experience with enterprise email platforms
Proficiency with analytics tools (Power BI, Tygraph)
Experience working with Microsoft 365 tools
