As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for the inflow and follow-up of leads, creating new opportunities through active outreach, and qualifying prospects before handing them over to sales colleagues.
You will build structural growth by supporting and optimizing campaigns, making pipeline and progress transparent with reports, and identifying opportunities through market and tender information.
Aareon offers a salary between €3,000 and €4,500 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance, performance-based bonuses, 27 vacation days, and a hybrid working model.
