Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Three years' experience in sterile processing
Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) or other sterile processing certification
Certification in Sterile Processing Management within three years of hire
Previous supervisory or lead technician leadership experience preferred
