Job Summary
The CP4BA Technical Lead will drive delivery and operations for Canada Life’s Enterprise Content Management platform, built on IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) and hosted on AWS.
This role is accountable for the end-to-end ownership of ECM platform solutions—from architecture and design through development, deployment, support, and optimization.
Success is measured by platform stability, development excellence, and the ability to deliver high quality automation and content solutions that align with enterprise priorities.
