Key Requirements

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 15 years compensation/HR experience
  • 10 years management experience
  • Experience with Workday, Oracle, or SAP/SuccessFactors
  • Experience with CompAnalyst, PayFactors, or MarketPay
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local wage laws
